时间兜兜转转到现在我还是找不到我俩的平衡点。以前还觉得我有这些都还可以但到现在我知道这些再也不可以了，就是觉得有分别。对我来说你好完美，你有这么一个开心，完美的家。但我却有的是这么一个酱的家。我很很很很羡慕你。。。。要好好珍惜他们，他们都好爱你。。。我永远不回去体谅他人，所以我就是将失败。失败到朋友没几个，不会赚钱，不会好好照顾好自己更不用说去照顾你。我不能独立，不能做好的决定，不会安排东西，不会去想后果，该担心的不担心不该担心的偏偏担心得要命，不会向你低头，要耍脾气，爱闹，更惨我不会去帮你分忧只会带麻烦，烦劳给你，不会给你有用的意见，不会体谅你，我真的真的很差劲！！！！！！！！！！！好失败哦！！！！！！！！！！！我真的觉得你好可怜。为什么上天对你讲不公平的遇上我，为什么你的命酱苦要对上我。你说得对这是我应该的，我的过去全部都是最好的证明。。。一个个的离我远去。。。我不会怪其他人是因为我没有资格。。。因为真的太坏了我。。。我所作所为不可以得到同情。我好错。。。真的好错。。。一句气话，一滴眼泪都挽回不了一的污点。。。

♥ SLEEP

Today was my first time to enter pychology class and my first lesson was SLEEP ...

Sleep including 4 stages and i just learnt every night and everyone was dreaming... as long as u get in sleep, the dream will start at min 60mins to 90mins. it is a scientific way.... Sometimes people may say that "yesterday i wasn't dream" or may not remember your dream but the true is because of you are not awake from stage Rapidly Eyes Movement(REM).... If you are remember the dream which means you are awake from stage REM... Do you guys know that? 

And the other scientific way to say that one of the way to prevent cannot sleep well in night time is DO NOT TAKE NAP IN DAY .... Isn't that funny..?? But it is the scientific way to prove it ...

Do you know why must people sleep at night but not day time ..?

Long long time ago, human was protecting themselves from being hunted by the wild like lion, tiger .... they believe that stay at home at night can protect them somehow if you work at night time there is no sufficient light to lighting up their works and being protecting under the light of moon. Thus, people from past prefer to work at day as there is sufficient light and being protected from the wild.

But nowadays people like me was changed the belief ~~~ That is not necessary to work at day...sometime night time was the best way to do some working... no dirty mind please.... i was talking about while rushing assignment, doing revision, yam cha with friend and so on... Don't you agree with me ..? I"m sure i can read your mind ..... haha ...

Lil sharing with your all...

Feel like sleeping but don't think i can sleep when you are not with me...
